Our refunds and cancelations here at JensJams Fashion LLC are taken pretty seriously. In order to book or enroll you must do so online 5 days in advance. We feel this is ample opportunity to reschedule if needed. If you want to cancel your service it has to be done within 5 days of your consultation date in order to recieve a partial refund. We do not give full refunds here at JensJams Fashion LLC for these reasons: When you book a consultation, enroll in a course or coaching, from that exact moment on we take it very seriously. We send you a welcome packet with an information sheet asking about certain details and when we recieve it back, which should be within 24 hours, we begin our work right then. We do a lot of research, planning, getting paperwork done, creating schedules and planning the consultation well before the scheduled visit. In that case, we feel a partial refund is necessary. That is if it is canceled within the correct 5 day period.
